Found south of the Omaha metro area, Springfield Platteview Community Schools is a small, suburban school district. The southern Sarpy County district formed from the merger of more than a dozen rural Sarpy County school districts in the late 1950s.
Today, Springfield Platteview Community Schools consists of a shared junior high school/high school campus and two elementary schools, serving students from preschool through 12th grade.

The district prides itself on small class sizes and a technology-driven curriculum.
Preschool
They offer a preschool program for children three to five years old who qualify for early intervention.
Kindergarten
Kindergarten registration is available for children who are five years of age on or before July 31 of the calendar year of the school year for which the child is seeking admission.
