List of New Restaurants in Omaha


Clio is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant located in downtown Omaha. Part of the Flagship Restaurant Group, Clio offers a unique dining experience that blends traditional Eastern Mediterranean flavors with a modern twist. 

You’ll find hummus, baba ganoush, chicken shawrma, harissa trout, and more. Clio is also offering a monthly wine club. For $69, you will receive 3 rare, hand-crafted, family-farmed, & sustainably-made wines.

Ooh De Lally


Ooh De Lally is a nonprofit restaurant that recently opened in Omaha’s historic Dundee neighborhood, taking over the former location of Mark’s Bistro.

The restaurant works in partnership with the 180 Re-Entry Assistance Program at Metropolitan Community College, offering former prison inmates an opportunity to train for jobs in the food industry.


Memoir is an American grill in downtown Omaha. It’s a few steps away from the Gene Leahy Mall at Brickline at The Mercantile.

It was opened by the Flagship Restaurant Group. Flagship operates other popular restaurants downtown, including Blue Sushi Sake Grill and Plank Seafood Provisions.

Memoir serves sushi as well as steaks. If you’re downtown for lunch, you can try the crispy chicken sandwich or the pyro cheeseburger.

Memoir is open for lunch and dinner. They also have a weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10AM to 3PM.

Dolomiti Pizzeria & Enoteca

Wood Fire Grill at Dolomiti Pizzeria & Enoteca

Dolomiti Pizzeria & Enoteca serves wood-fired sourdough pizza with a Northern Italian influence. It’s located in north downtown Omaha at Millwork Commons.

On The Border

On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina - Papillion, Nebraska

Tex-Mex flavors have arrived in Papillion with the recent opening of On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina. This national chain operates 150 locations nationwide, but it’s the first in Nebraska.

Known for its sizzling skillet fajitas and handmade guacamole prepared tableside, On The Border serves up authentic favorites from Border Queso Beef Enchiladas to Primo Build Your Own Taco Kit alongside specialty margaritas like the Spicy Pineapple Margarita and Peach Vodka ‘Rita. The restaurant also features a private room for group events.

Blue Sky Patio & Pickleball

Looking for a healthy dining experience? Visit Untamed Kitchen in Downtown Omaha – just steps from the Gene Leahy Mall and the new Mutual of Omaha Tower.

Untamed is trying to create a healthy restaurant that caters to every lifestyle. There menu includes salads, bowls, and smoothies.

I had the Chimichurri Steak salad (pictured above) on a recent visit and it was delicious.

Williamsburg Pizza brings a taste of New York to the Midwest. Located in West Omaha, this restaurant is the only Williamsburg Pizza outside New York City

It is known for its New York-style pizza. Lyle’s Pizzeria transformed an old dry cleaner in Midtown Omaha into a pizzeria and wine bar.

They serve hand-stretched sourdough pizzas, small plates, craft cocktails & wine.


Fig stands out as a delightful addition to the city’s culinary scene. This café inside the Kiewit Luminairum radiates with natural sunlight and offers patrons a unique dining experience right on The RiverFront.

The café specializes in freshly baked sourdough pastries, various sandwiches, and salads. And Fig serves all-day breakfast items that are sure to satisfy.

Fig was started by the team behind Lola’s, a popular restaurant in Dundee.
