Second Trader Joe’s Is Coming to West Omaha at 192nd and Dodge

Trader Joe’s filed a permit in late April to build a second Omaha store in Elkhorn at 192nd and West Dodge, inside the Avenue One development. For anyone driving across town to the existing store at 103rd and Pacific, this is a welcome addition

The application is for a roughly 13,000-square-foot standalone building on an undeveloped parcel inside Avenue One, near 192nd and Burke.

Trader Joe’s hasn’t publicly confirmed an opening timeline.

Avenue One is targeting a 2027 grand opening and will include tenants like Arhaus, West Elm, Williams Sonoma, and Perry’s Steakhouse.
